I've been pretty non-existent in the blogger world lately, but I wanted to post a recent recipe for anyone who needs warming up post Hurricane Sandy. I made this carrot ginger soup recently when my sister visited. I can't honestly say it turned out great, and it certainly wasn't as yummy as when Tom made it, but I definitely enjoyed it with some crusty bread for dipping.
